The webseries takes place in the far future, just after an economically devastating Third World War, in a megacity called The Annex.
The Annex follows a young Chinese street kid who, after taking refuge in the megacity, has discovered that he has become the center of a global conspiracy to make him the living human host for the first artificial intelligence.
